We provide 24hrs delivery everyday for delivery within Singapore. This means more convenience for you at any moment when you need to touch the hearts of others. We guarantee timely delivery of fresh, beautiful bouquet every time.

Local Delivery

Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Same day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

For delivery after 10pm, to allow sufficient time for preparation, orders have to be made latest by 5.00pm on the same day.

Some items may require longer preparation time and delivery will be made later than the schedule above. This is to ensure freshness and quality of flowers delivered to you. Earliest delivery schedule are shown when you are browsing through our huge range of products.

Additional Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders that total $30 and above, otherwise there will be a delivery charge of S$10. Additional charges will be reflected during Checkout.

Express Delivery

Please call us at 6753 9065 if you require us to deliver at a specific time (e.g. 4pm) or within a very short time frame (e.g. 1 hr after order). The additional charge for Express Delivery is S$20. We reserved the right to turn down requests as this is subjected to availability of delivery drivers.

Redirection

For redirection of orders when delivery have been attempted, a surcharge of S$10 will be applicable

International Delivery

Air Freight & door to door transportation charges will depend on country. Please contact us at Tel: 6753 9065 or email us at enquiry@treehouse.com.sg . We will be able to provide you with more details of international delivery.

Non-Delivery

Tree House Flowers & Gifts will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

The recipient is not present at the given address within the hours which delivery was requested to take place.
The given address was incorrect.
There is no such person (recipient) at the given address.
There is no valid contact number given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient for successful delivery of the order.

Substitution

Substitution of items such as baskets, soft toys and vases may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Our professional florists will substitute a similar item of equal or greater value

Due to seasonal supplies, availability of some flowers may be limited. In cases of such nature, substitutions may be made.

Our professional florists will ensure that the “look and feel” of the ordered arrangement is maintained, making every effort to take into consideration the shape, size, style and colour combinations.

In single variety arrangements, variety takes precedence over colour.
